TV 04 - The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe (1964)

'The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe' was a French kid's show first shown in Germany. It was originally seen in the UK in 1965. I would have seen it in the 70's when it was often repeated on Saturday Mornings or over the summer school holidays.

One of those serials that I never saw from start to finish but seemed to pick up somewhere in the middle. I do remember catching the final episode at least once, with Man Friday all dressed up in his finery.

Again it's the theme tune that everyone will remember for this series more than anything else - although apparently this was only written and appeared on the UK version of the show.
